I think that there are some decent reasons as to why you might want to know if a dragon is a male or a female. Using non-gendered pronouns can get a little tiresome after a while. And if someone left a baby dragon on your doorstep, it might be a little less awkward later when you've just worked out that you should have called it Robert instead of Roberta. I mean, unless you are curious about some inter-species 'interaction'. That means sex by the way. Now I'm curious. I don't want to get it wrong though, I don't think they'd stop at a kick to the nuts. Maybe it's like dwarves and they spend years delicately making genteel enquiries to find out if the other dragon is a male or female. Also, I don't bother trying to wash stuff of. I just wear long sleeved shirts until it next rains :) Does it matter if the dragon is a boy or girl?
